A copy of all orders placed will be stored on our DIY Shutters website Admin area, which is only accessible by authorised Plantation Shutters personnel, and a copy will be sent to a member of our Sales Team mailbox.

ORDER PAYMENT

You will be requested to provide a payment option during the buying process such as a credit/debit card or by using a PayPal account to place your order. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

You will receive an order processing confirmation once your payment is complete. It means that we received your order request and will be placing it within the next 48 hours – it may differ depending on public bank holidays and weekends. If you would like to alter any of the details or information submitted during the buying process, you’ll have to so within that time bracket otherwise it may not be possible*. Once your order is placed, you will receive a final confirmation describing everything related to your order as well as a lead time estimate.

ORDER DELIVERY

You will be contacted in due time by a member of the Plantation Shutters Limited Logistics team to inform you when your order is expected and to confirm a delivery date. Delivery times will vary depending courier service and therefore, it cannot be scheduled.

INVOICING

We may use the information we have collected via the data collection points listed above to create invoices in order to compliant with the HRMC Regulations for a limited company in the UK. Once an order is placed and a payment is made, we are required by law to keep your relevant information for a minimum of 72 months (6 years) for HRMC purposes. Your information will be stored on SAGE and our Local Server, both only accessible by authorised Plantation Shutters Limited personnel, and a printed version of it will also be stored in one of our secured physical locations. WARRANTY

We may keep the information we have collected via the data collection points listed above in order to be able to assist you in case any part of the product we supplied needs replacing. We offer a 5-year warranty* for our product and therefore, need to keep all your relevant information for a minimum of 60 months (5 years).
